Andreas Otto, a Notary who collaborates with BRICKBeRLIN in the Spanish TV

The news programme broadcasted on the Spanish Television (RTVE) on 24th November 2012 in its night edition offered a report in which Dr. Andreas Otto talks about the current real estate market situation.

BRICKBeRLIN works together with this notary and he carries out 99% of the purchase contracts in which Spanish customers are involved. 

Among other things, the news deals with the following points:

• "…invertors of all over the world focused on German properties"
• "…I don’t think that this is a real estate bubble…"
• "…the price increase is supported by a real demand of users..."
• "...at the moment I don't see that the tendency can change at a short or medium term…"
• "...the prices will continue growing, at least in the next five years…"

Even though the prices have raised around 30% in the last five years, the apartments in Berlin are still cheap and accesible.
